You must be 18 years of age to purchase tickets, season passes and gift cards in the webshop.
When purchasing, we will ask you to provide personal information, such as your name and email address, which is used to deliver your purchased items.
Purchased tickets, season passes and gift cards are delivered within 10 minutes of purchase to the provided email address. Scandinavian Wildlife Park does not accept responsibility for delays due to technical problems, the customer’s own spam filter or errors in the given e-mail address.
Despite our best efforts, there might be errors in our prices, and all prices are subject to change. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that all items are in stock.
In our webshop you can pay with Dankort, Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Diners / Discover and MobilePay. The amount is only deducted from the card when the purchased items are sent to the specified mailing address. All amounts are in Danish kroner. Tickets of any kind are exempt from VAT in Denmark – all other items are incl. VAT. Reservations are made for errors in price and sold out / discontinued items.
There is no right of withdrawal on tickets purchased on the Internet. Therefore, tickets, season passes or gift cards purchased in the webshop are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or combined with discounts otherwise granted when buying your ticket at the entrance to the park.
You can choose to create an account with an automatically generated code which is sent to the specified e-mail address.
Code and personal information can be changed at any time by logging in. At login you can see and manage season passes. The user can be deleted at any time.
Conditions for entry tickets
Entrance tickets provide access to Scandinavian Wildlife Park one day during the specified period within normal opening hours. Please note that there are some closing days during the season.
The ticket is sent to the specified e-mail address as a PDF file and it must be printed on clean white paper or on a smartphone with an intact screen. The barcode on the ticket is scanned at the Entrance upon arrival and is only valid once.
We reserve the right to ask to see other identification in order to verify the age and identity of the ticket holder.
Conditions for season passes
Season passes provide access to Scandinavian Wildlife Park within normal opening hours during the specified period. Please note that there are some closing days during the season.
Season passes are personal and must be filled in with name, date of birth and e-mail address upon purchase. The season pass cannot be transferred to a third party after purchase.
Purchased and properly completed season passes are sent to the specified e-mail address as a PDF file and must be printed on clean white paper or on a smartphone with an intact screen. The barcode on the season pass is scanned upon arrival at the Entrance to the Scandinavian Wildlife Park at each visit.
We reserve the right to ask to see other identification in order to verify the age of the season pass holder.
Conditions for gift cards
We offer gift cards with a face value.
After the purchase, the gift card will be sent to the specified e-mail address as a PDF file. The gift card can be redeemed in our webshop at www.skandinaviskdyrepark.dk, or in Scandinavian Wildlife Park.
If the gift card is redeemed at the park, it must be printed on clean white paper or on a smartphone with an intact screen.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. Any balance on the gift card cannot be paid out in cash, but can be used our webshop at www.skandinaviskdyrepark.dk, or in Scandinavian Wildlife Park.
The gift card is valid 2 year from date of purchase.
As we work with live animals, we reserve the right to make changes.
Scandinavian Wildlife Park reserves the right to block off areas and restrict guest access at certain times. Guests cannot claim compensation in this regard.
